Description
This script is very useful against PVPers. If players have 'Screen Kill Effects' enabled then a html will pop-up with an instructions to turn it off. It is pretty much straight forward.
You can also edit the html (including the 'Rough RP' it is an image).
OPENSOURCE so you can edit everything!
